Message from the President
We are all committed to a strong, free and fair Australia and a community that values individuality, participation, achievement and progress. At the heart of that commitment lies the dedication of the women to the LNP. We have been an integral force of fundamental importance. We have worked tirelessly for the conservative cause volunteering both time and expertise.
Constantly fundraising, supporting and assisting the Party, aiding candidates in election campaigns, women are the spine and muscle of the LNP. Our collective spirit, conviction and effort are exemplary. Ongoing participation of the women is vital to the success of the LNP.
We are passionate about supporting women’s political participation. Political participation does not simply mean achieving and holding public office, it means everything that is required to deliver on the vision the LNP has for taking our community forward.
We want to provide for women a context of opportunity, advancement and personal choice.
We must secure the place of women in politics, and the place of our Party in governing this nation.
Melina Morgan, President, LNP Women.
