LNP to give Mums and Bubs best start to life

The LNP'S $92 million Maternal and Child Health Service would give all Pine Rivers and Kallangur mums and bubs the best possible start to family life.

Local LNP Candidates, Mr Seath Holswich and Mr Trevor Ruthenberg, said an LNP Government would ensure mums and bubs got the best possible start to life by supporting families during what could be a stressful period.

Mr Holswich will hold Community Corners in every suburb in the Pine Rivers Electorate on Monday 12th March.

Boost for Neighbourhood watch in Morayfield

LNP candidate for Morayfield Darren Grimwade has welcomed an LNP commitment to make our streets and communities safer and cleaner.

Mr Grimwade said a strong and united LNP government would boost the fight against crime through local community partnerships and by cleaning up our streets.

Residents of Kallangur and Pine Rivers will see the real cost of Labor's Carbon Tax on their power bills under an LNP Government, local LNP Candidates said today.

Mr Trevor Ruthenberg, LNP Candidate for Kallangur, said Labor's Carbon Tax would hit all Kallangur households and businesses. It would cost jobs and lead to huge price rises – especially for electricity.

The LNP today pledged $4 million to support Queensland community groups with grants up to $5,000 and volunteer groups with grants up to $15,000 through its Caring for our Community program.

Local LNP Candidates said the LNP's Caring for our Community program would provide community and volunteer groups with $4 million for small grants over three years to help them buy equipment to support Queenslanders in need.
