Seath Holswich's positive plan for Pine Rivers

LNP candidate for Pine Rivers, Seath Holswich, has outlined his positive plans for Pine Rivers in the lead up to the March 24 State Election.

"Pine Rivers is a wonderful place to live, work and play. There are many great things about living in Pine Rivers but I want to ensure that there is a bright future for the Pine Rivers region. Local residents need better infrastructure, more police and access to health services and of course, relief from skyrocketing cost of living pressures," Mr Holswich said.

"The LNP has a plan to reduce the cost of living for Pine Rivers families. We will freeze car registration fees for our first term of government. We will reintroduce the stamp duty exemption for home buyers, saving an average of $7,000 on the purchase of the family home. We will provide grants of up to $150 per year for children from low income households to participate in team sports. We will reform electricity tariffs to provide real savings for Pine Rivers residents."

Mr Holswich is also committed to being a strong voice who will fight for necessary infrastructure for the Pine Rivers electorate.

"For the past year I have fought to see the AJ Wyllie Bridge rebuilt in a timely manner and highlighted Labor's failings."

"I am also committed to working with all levels of government to fight for the upgrade of Youngs Crossing. "

One of the commitments already made by Mr Holswich is that if elected, within the first 100 days he will come up with a plan with local business, tourism and recreation operators to develop a thriving local tourism industry, particularly in and around Dayboro. I don't think we've even scratched the surface of the possibilities so far."

Mr Holswich has also committed to maintaining his strong level of practical involvement with the Pine Rivers community and local community organisations.

"Having spent many years working with various community organisations, I understand the difficulties they often face in raising the necessary funds to provide such important services to our community. I am making a commitment to community organisations in Pine Rivers that, if elected, I will run fundraising events every year and help them secure funds through the LNP's community, sporting and environmental grants programs."

"I'm a person of action. I pride myself on getting things done. If elected, I will work tirelessly to ensure Pine Rivers is a great place for everyone to call home."
