"Labor lies and deceit over the sell-off of state assets and the petrol tax broken promise at the last election has destroyed her government's credibility to the extent that Labor candidates are putting out political 'home brand' material," Mr Nicholls said.

"The Labor brand is toxic even to its own members.  If Labor was proud of its record in government – its members wouldn't be so ashamed of the party brand.

"The Premier is also cynically calling her election battle a 'people's campaign'.

"The Bligh government has been notorious for punishing Queenslander families and businesses with repeated cost of living increases, and has wasted billions of dollars in taxpayer's money.

"There would be few people left in Queensland who have not been financially hurt by this Labor government.

"Queenslanders have endured 20 years of Labor excuses and broken promises – it's now time for a change.

"What Queensland needs is stable, reliable government.

"The strong and united LNP CanDo team has over 50 family and business friendly policies.

"Our candidates and members are proud of our party – and will be working hard to get Queensland back on track."
