Amanda Cooper has a strong track record of listening, working and delivering for the people of Brisbane’s Northern Suburbs.
Together with her husband Geoff, Amanda has raised her three children here locally. There’s nowhere else they’d rather call home.
That’s why Amanda put her hand up to represent the Bracken Ridge Ward in 2007. Amanda has been privileged to serve Brisbane’s northside as an LNP Councillor.
Amanda’s determination to make her community a better place has seen her deliver key infrastructure and lifestyle opportunities including new sporting facilities, bikeways, libraries and upgrades to Telegraph Road.
Like many of us, Amanda has become frustrated with the Palaszczuk Government’s failure to deliver for our community and our state. That’s why she’s put herself forward to represent Aspley.
Amanda is passionate about building the infrastructure our community needs and improving health and education outcomes.
As a proud member of Deb Frecklington’s LNP team, Amanda is determined to get Queensland working again.
Deb Frecklington and Amanda have a plan to get Aspley moving again. We’ll build the road upgrades that our community needs, so that you get home sooner and safer. Amanda has the experience needed to deliver these major projects, and only the LNP will bust congestion in Aspley.
Our plan includes:
– Upgrading the Beams Road and Gympie Road intersection
– Fixing the Beams Road open level crossing
– Duplicating the Linkfield Road overpass, which the Federal LNP Government committed funding to in 2018
– Upgrading the notorious Stafford Road and South Pine Road intersection
We need to change the government to Get Queensland Working Again.
