I served for six years in the ADF, where I trained as an aeronautical ground engineer before working overseas in the automation industry. When I returned to Australia, I started working in the community sector, first for the Lutheran Church and later as the General Manager of Scouts Queensland.
Between 2012 and 2015 I served as the State Member for Kallangur. I’m currently employed as the CEO of Mosaic Foundation, a new not-for profit that raises money for, and supports, other charities.
I’m a big believer in reward for effort and a fair go for all. That’s why I’m a strong supporter of the Federal Liberal National Government’s income tax plan which will provide much needed tax relief for 94% of Australians and 63,700 people right here in our community!
I’m also not afraid to stand up and speak out about crime in our area. I’ve already secured a brand new ICE and drug rehabilition centre in Caboolture to make our community safer and provide much needed health support to those impacted by this deadly epidemic.
I’ve already met with and spoken to hundreds of locals from our community and I’m looking forward to hearing what issues you care about as we head into this critical by-election on the 28th of July.
